Hypabase

Hypabase is a Python hypergraph library that stores and queries relationships involving multiple entities simultaneously. Unlike traditional graphs where edges connect exactly two nodes, Hypabase supports hyperedges connecting any number of nodes in a single relationship. It provides tools for node and edge management, traversal, path finding, and provenance-based filtering with source and confidence metadata. All data is persisted locally in SQLite with namespace isolation for scoped databases.
