Introspects a running Emacs daemon at runtime to dynamically register every text-consuming function as an MCP tool. Offers two modes: core (~50 practical tools) and maximalist (~3600+ tools demonstrating context window saturation). All tool definitions derive from live obarray inspection with no hardcoded function lists. Uses emacsclient for safe dispatch with proper escaping.
