Blast Scope

Blast Scope is a consequence engine that scores what a shell command would actually do before an AI agent (or a human) runs it. Rather than pattern-matching syntax, it evaluates destructive operations like `rm -rf`, `git reset --hard`, or `docker volume rm` by their real structural impact, dependency graph, and reversibility. It assigns a risk score from low to critical, and can index a project, take snapshots, and restore them when a risky command needs to be undone.
